Taking a look through a favorite window, I thought I'd show you what that looks like at my house. Here's the crepe myrtle through my west facing picture window.
The view through this window is great for a lot of reasons, and one of those fun is seeing the nest the birds built in the trellis among the climbing roses. Another generation of youngsters have fledged and the neighborhood is full of birdsong and promise.
Beside the crepe myrtle and the climbing roses are the tea roses ...
Here are some colorful companions the butterflies just love.
That's looking through the window. Come with me around back tomorrow. It will be great.
See ya then!

Oh my sweet friend... you've put a new song in my heart TODAY-this post, your windows, decoration, everything is so enchanting.... This is why I blog, the happiness I get from my blogging friends is enough to fill up my cup with joy....
I'm so sorry I wasn't able to add your blog to my list...I worked on the party post and waited for more photos until 12:01am last night, but never saw yours..... Some other lovely windows came after I already had posted about the party, I am really sorry I wasn't able to add them to the list, everytime I tried to add more pics everthing moved around, and I was already too tired to continue doing so the following morning...
My sincere THANKS for participating and for making our hearts sing by sharing your lovely lovely windows....
May the sun shine upon you today.

Pop over to the birdbath, I've given you an award...
I love your window views. I might have to do that. :)
Pretty pretty pretty flowers.

Look at all those flowers! :)
I love my views, especially the one out of the sun porch with all the calla lilies.
Flowers are losing their colors here on the prairie. Soon all the pastels will be overrun with golds and browns....
Hello Skeeter:
I am a fellow blogger who learned it the hard way that getting traffic for a blog is a very painful process.
After being frustrated for several months, I started a project so that we bloggers can help each other in growing our reader base.

Gorgeous view! I am so impressed with your knowledge of botany.
p.s. I wish every neighbourhood was full of 'birdsong and promise".
