Skywatch Friday

Today is Sky Watch Friday! This photo is my contribution. I live in Central Oklahoma and the clouds are here to bring what is forecast to be up to eight inches of snow!

Snow is rare enough here, so this will be something to see. The birds are already picking perches!

It's supposed to be 35 degrees here tomorrow. Yay! A foot of snow on Monday and 45mph winds caused 5 ft drifts. Everyone is shoveled out but now we need to warm back up. It was 70 degrees the day before the blizzard hit. Spring is a ridiculous time of year! Happy Friday Skeeter!!!

Ohhhhhhhhhh no ya don't!!!!

You keep that stuff to yourself!

G'way snow..be gone!

(you don't suppose if I stand outside and flap my arms a whole lot that 'butterfly/ripple effect' will make anything resembling snow go AWAY, do ya?)

*sigh*
Probably not, huh.....

LOVE THAT SKY!!! what time of day was this taken? i used to love it in the Michigan summer when it would be brewing up a big big thunderstorm, and the midday sky would grow dark enough to make the street lights come on! that's what this photo reminds me of!:)

hmmm. fun word verification today: blogi ...rather appropriate, wouldn't you say?

Those birds are likely to get blown off their perch with the winds we've been having this week! Great shot!
